Horsley Adds Armed Security Over Sign

On 9/11/2009 Jim Pouillan was assassinated in Michigan for showing exactly the same signs Neal Horsley uses in his campaign for Governor. With Jim Pouillon's assassination, the normal political difficulty of reaching the public with a campaign message exploded into a life and death question of whether Neal Horsley can survive as a person--not to mention as a candidate--while showing exactly the same images the assassin of Jim Pouillon said drove him to riddle Jim Pouillon's body with bullets.

Now to compound Candidate Horsley's problems Carrollton City government has launched a series of sign confiscations and ordinance violation citations designed to prevent the Horsley for Governor campaign from telling the people of Georgia why he is running for governor of Georgia.

The Carrollton, Ga government's pattern of sign confiscation and ordinance citations is only a preliminary to the main question of whether the Carrollton City government is setting the stage for the assassination of Neal Horsley by making him appear defenseless. To prevent that outcome the Horsley for Governor campaign has retained armed security. To our knowledge this is the first time that an anti-abortion political candidate has taken this aggressive and militant response to the pattern of assassinations seen in the battle to outlaw abortion on the American campaign trail of today.
